| 摘 要： | 对宋代民风好讼问题，可以从社会经济变化和司法机制两个角度来理解。前者原因包括民众私有观念深化，社会成员之间交往增多，人口增加等几方面。后者是宋代司法机制在乡村层次的相对薄弱——由于乡村中缺少强有力的组织力量对民间各种矛盾进行有效协调，因而造成诉案大量涌入州县衙门。

| Abstract: | It can be explained why the common people easily took lawsuits in the Song Dynasty from the social economic changes and the judiciary.The former in cludes that common people's private idea developed deeply,social members were in more contact with each other and population grew more in the Song Dynasty.The latter includes the judiciary was very weak in the country and there existed so many lawsuits in the government because no strong power could coordinate various contradictions effectively. |
