| Abstract: | Distressed faced with the role values with individual values, ideal standard and the actual condition, the new idea and the old appraisal as well as the mind lofty aspiration and the result mean contradictory conflict, the teacher perseveres the individual life value, the enhancement tutelage, at the right moment reduces the expectation the selfadjustment goes out the puzzled suitable way. |
