对中国农业社会主义改造历史意义的再评价

农业社会主义改造是新中国历史上的一件大事，中国农村的历史因此发生了巨大变化。过去学术界对此有基本肯定和基本否定两种评价，但我们认为都存在各自的片面性。我们认为既要充分肯定农业社会主义改造对农村生产力产生的长期的积极的作用，以及对中国农村全面进步的深刻影响；同时也要看到农业集体化积极作用没有充分发挥的阻滞因素，力求总结经验教训，为当前解决“三农”问题提供思维方法。

Revaluation of Historical Significance of Socialist Reconstruction of Agriculture in China

The socialist reconstruction of agriculture, which resulted in a tremendous change in the rural history of China,was a great invent in the history of New China. The academic circles have provided either a basically positive valuation or a basically negative raluation on this reconstruction,but both of them have a glaring defect in that they overweighed the summarization of reconstruction experience and influence. This paper lays special emphasis on the fact that the socialist agricultural reconstruction has produced long range positive effect on rural productivity and has profound influence on the overall progress in China's rural areas. In the paper the obstructive factor of incomplete use of agricultural collectivization is analyzed in the meantime,and the experiences and lessons are summed up in order to offer correct mays of thinking in solving problems concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers.
