东北三省青少年网球后备人才的现状分析

通过文献资料、专家访问、数理统计等研究方法,对目前东北三省（辽宁、吉林、黑龙江）青少年网球后备人才培养现状进行调查研究,发现东北省青少年网球后备人才在各个年龄阶段的储备不均衡;训练的场地少,训练经费匮乏;理论学习情况不容乐观;发球和接发球技术的掌握情况有所欠缺;参赛机会较少。通过分析,为更好地促进东北三省（辽宁、吉林、黑龙江）网球运动发展提供参考依据。

Study on Current Situation of Teenager Tennis Talents in Northeast Provinces

A survey is conducted on the current situation of teenager tennis talents training in the Northeast Provinces（Liaoning,Jilin,and Heilongjiang）,involving such research methods as literature review,expert interviews,questionnaires,and data analysis.The study finds problems in five aspects： imbalance in tennis talent reserves of different ages;lack of training courts and funds;insufficient study of technical theory;dissatisfactory mastery in such skills as serve and return of serve;and lack of opportunity for formal matches.Through detailed analysis,the study provides valuable reference for promoting the development of tennis in the Northeast Provinces.
