国际知名国内一流高水平大学内部组织结构研究——以安徽大学为例

以安徽大学为切入点，运用文献研究的方法，在厘清国际知名国内一流高水平大学内涵的基础上，从组织结构理论的视角，对安徽大学进行初步的研究与探索，并对其组织结构设计和内部组织管理做了分析，以便为把安徽大学建设成为国际知名国内一流高水平大学提供借鉴经验。

A research on the inner organizational structure of an internationally renowned high level of domestic first -class university --Taking Anhui university as an example

Abstract： Taking Anhui university as the breakthrough point of the article, this article uses literature study methods to clarify the internationally renowned high level of domestic first - class universities on the basis of connotation. And from the perspective of the theory of the organizational structure, it preliminary researches and explores Anhui University, and the design of its organizational structure and internal organization and management were analyzed in order to provide the experience for Anhui university to be constructed as an internationally renowned high level of domestic firstclass university.
