职业技术学院“双师型”教师队伍建设中存在的问题及其对策

针对肇庆科技职业技术学院对教学和实训的要求,分析了本院当前建设＂双师型＂教师队伍过程中所取得的成绩和不足,提出通过提高教师待遇、加强教师培训和完善制度建设的方式加强＂双师型＂教师队伍建设。

The problems and the countermeasures in the process of double-quality teachers team construction in vocational and technical college

In connectien with the requirents of teaching and training in Zhaoqing Science adn Technology Polytechnic,this paper analyzes the achievements and deficiency in the current construction of double-qualified teachers,and proposexs to improve the status of teachers,strengthen the comstruction of the training of teachers,and perfect the system of double-qualified teachers.
