| Abstract: | The great development of Western Region is essential for the construction of a well-off society. Guangxi is rich in natural resources, and this is a favorable material base for its development. However, there are still several problems. To make the development successful, practical and effective measures should be adopted to give progress in such aspects as funds, talents, industrial structure, on-line information, ecology and so on. |
