| 摘 要： | “三农”问题尤其是农业问题的解决理所当然还要靠科技,同时也更需要科技推广。而我国目前的农业科技推广还存在诸多的问题,尤其是涉农知识产权的产业化过程。通过对各种问题进行归整并分析问题存在的根源,提出相应的对策。

| Abstract: | Science and technology is the first productivity. The solution of "Three Dimensional Agriculture Issue", particularly the agriculture problem, still needs to depend science and technology and industrialization. But there are so many questions in the industrialization course of our country's agriculture intellectual property right. In this paper, it analyses the questions and the causes of which and gives relatives measures. |
