从企业生命周期角度初探武汉民营企业文化建设战略

民营企业以其灵活的运行机制在中国经济发展和经济结构调整中发挥着越来越重要的作用,已经成为社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分和促进社会生产力发展的重要力量。然而,由于企业文化具有“双刃剑”的作用,即优秀的企业文化能促进企业的健康持续发展,而劣势的企业文化不仅阻碍企业的发展,甚至可能导致企业的终结。因此,主要分析了武汉民营经济存在的问题,并根据民营企业在不同时期的发展特征,初探不同阶段的文化建设战略。

Discussion on Wuhan Private Enterprises' Culture Construction Strategy from the view of Enterprise Lifecycle

Civilian-run enterprise is novelty sprung out since the reform and opening-up policy,and it plays more and more important function by its flexible mechanism in Chinese economic development and structure adjustment. Therefore it has already become the vital part of socialist market economy and important force to promote social productivity development. During the process of development, civilian-run enterprise forms it's special culture feature. However, enterprise culture has the effect of double-edged sword, that is, excellent culture could promote healthy and sustain development of enterprise, but inferior culture would not only hinder the enterprise development, even lead to the end of it. Thereby, this paper mainly analyses the existent problems in Wuhan civilian economy. Moreover, according to different stage feature of Civilian-run enterprise, cultural construction strategy would be put forward.
