| 摘 要： | 湖北省高速公路收费模式为人工、半自动等多种方式并存。由于联网收费系统具有车道数据采集与处理、网络与数据库管理、闭路电视监控、通信传输等优势,为湖北省高速公路网应采取的收费模式。湖北省高速公路联网收费应解决统一硬件标准存储介质、结算中心定位、选择科学的编码、选择合理的路由、编制计费里程表等问题。

Study on the Charging Model of Highway Web in Hubei Province |

| Abstract: | There exist several models of highway charge in Hubei province, such as model of handmade charge and model of semiautomatic charge. Owing to advantages of network charge, such as date collection and disposition of driveway ere, it should he adopted as charging model of highway web in Hubei province. A lot of measures must be taken if we adopt the model of network charge. Hardware standards of memory medium should be tmionized, and code should be chosen scientifically, and so on. |
