| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来,我国对研究生教育成本分担进行了广泛的讨论和研究,并且取得了一定的成果,这无疑将会对研究生教育成本分担政策的制定以及实施起到重要的指导和参考作用,但是我国这一研究仍处于起步阶段,研究生教育生均教育成本的计量、分担比例的确定以及资助政策的制定,仍然是研究生教育成本分担中的关键问题,也是未来这一研究的难点之所在,需要进一步深入研究。

| Abstract: | Since 1999s,China has seen extensive discussions and studies on the graduate education cost sharing,which has got great achievements.This no doubt will give important instruction and reference to establish and implement the policies of graduate education cost sharing.However,this work in China is still in a threshold phase.The computation of average cost,the share proportion and the financial support policies are still the key issues and difficulties of the future work which needs further study. |
