| 摘 要： | 在高职教育快速发展的今天,高职教师的负性情绪也愈发突出。其原因主要是:教师角色多元性;学生管理难度加剧;个人成就感缺失。在此基础上提出教师心理"减负"的可行办法:心态自我调节、学识自我完善、领导管理艺术提升。

| Abstract: | Presently,with rapid development of higher vocational education,teach- ers' negative emotions emerge noticeably,which is attributed to the factors such as teachers role plurality;intensification of the difficulty in students management and lack of individual accomplishment.The article presents the practical approaches to relieving the teachers' psychological burden,which are self-adjusting mental attitude,self- perfecting knowledge and upgrading the arts of leadership and management. |
