| 摘 要： | 土地是稀有而重要的资源,农民历来珍视土地如生命,但是,我国现在有越来越多的农民抛弃土地,背井离乡。这个问题不解决,将会产生严重的影响。从农村土地制度本身去反思该问题,探讨解决它的办法。
