大学理念的形成与发展

在对大学理念的概念进行辨析的基础上，以历史的视角考察了大学理念演进历程。认为，1．对大学是传授知识的场所和教学机构的定性，是对大学最本质属性的一种准确把握；2．学术性是大学的生命所在，是大学安身立命之本；3．为社会服务则是前两者的派生，是前两者产生的基础和发展的动力。并进一步认为，随着社会政治、经济、科技和文化的进步，人们对大学本质的认识也将进一步深化，大学理念也必将发生相应的演进。

Formation and Development of Ideas of University

This article first studies in detail the evolution of ideas of university from the perspective of history on the basis of differentiation and analysis of the definition of ideas of university.It holds that(1) the nature-definition that university is the place of passing on knowledge and institution of teaching is the exact understanding of university's natural attribute;(2) academic quality is the life of university and basis of settling down and getting on with the pursuit of university;(3)service to society is the derivative of the first two aspects,and it is the foundation of emergence and force of development of them.It further holds that,with the progress of politics,economics,science and technology,and culture of the society,people's recognition of the nature of university will further deepen,and ideas of university must correspondingly evolve.
