| 摘 要： | 江泽民作为我党第三代领导集体的核心，对青少年健康成长给予了极大关注。他提出的育人思想主要包括以下内容：要坚持正确的育人方向，正确引导和帮助青少年健康成长，使他们能够德、智、体、美全面发展，要建立知识、创新精神和实践能力三位一体的育人模式；必须走以“四个统一”为核心的成才道路；要着力培养青少年的创新精神和创新能力。

| Abstract: | As the core of the Party's Leading body of the third generation,JIANG Ze min is much concerned about the healthy growth of the youth.The content of his idea of people's education includes:correct direction in education;rightly guiding their growth and helping the youth to develop in morality,intelligence,health and aesthetic view;building up a pattern of teaching knowledge,cultivating innovative spirit and practical competence;and emphasizing the spirit and competence in innovation. |
