| 摘 要： | 本文首先简单分析了信息资源的内涵，指出信息要为信息资源必须具备两个条件，否则只能归于“非资源”信息。然后对“非资源”信息进行了分类，并分析了它的一些特征，最后讨论了“非资源”信息的管理。
