| Abstract: | In colleges and universities,high-level athletes are always so obsessed by their poor academic performance that they are unable to take part in trainings and games wholeheartedly,and consequently their athletic performance cannot be raised to a higher level.Therefore,it is necessary to make a study on how to manage the athletes'academic performance.Based on the strdy,colleges should work out the policies concerned to perfect the management of high-level sport teams and to promote their development. |
