| 摘 要： | 和谐发展已成为当代中国社会发展的主题。和谐发展的动力之源是和谐，核心是发展，最终归宿是人的自由、全面发展。同时它以关注人本性、注重整体性、把握动态性、承认矛盾性和差异性、持续前瞻性、紧贴实践性为基本特征。实现和谐发展，要坚持科学的发展观和合理的实践方式。
