摘    要:在信息社会知识经济条件下,中小企业如何运用合理的激励机制充分调动员工的积极性,是摆在广大经营管理者面前的重要课题。以“以人为本”的核心理念为主线,通过对三对概念的比较分析,强调在知识经济条件下,中小企业要充分运用动态薪酬、期权激励与EVA奖金计划相结合的激励机制以及相应的人性化管理等手段,以期实现企业价值的最大化。

Abstract:How to make the enterprises bring every positive factor into play by using appropriate inspiring system under conditions of knowledge-based economy in information society is an important task for all the managers. The article stresses that the enterprises should make full use of vital wage, inspiring, EVA bonus system and human management by comparing and analyzing three pairs of concepts on the basis of humanism.
