西方产业结构理论及其在我国的发展

我国经济建设存在的突出问题是结构不合理，目前宏观调控的重点之一是调整和优化产业结构。通过系统地研究西方产业结构理论，发现其由三次产业划分理论、产业布局区位理论、产业布局比较优势理论、结构调整理论和结构演变趋势理论五大体系构成。经过十多年引进、吸收、仿制，西方产业结构理论已被我国广泛接受和使用；实证表明各个产业对经济周期的敏感度不同，第二产业的敏感度最高。产业结构理论发展目标由增长的单目标变为可持续的多目标，发展的途径由静态理论演绎转为动态实证分析。

Western Industrial Structure Theory and its Development in China

One of the main problems in our country's economical construction is the unreasonable economical structure, so one key policy of macro-economical control is to adjust and optimize its industrial structures. This paper has studied foreign-industry-structure theory systematically, and then found it made up of three-industry-structure theory, industry-location theory, industry-adjustment theory and structure-evolvement theory. With introduced, absorbed , and (imitated) for more than ten years, foreign-industry-structure theory has been understood and adopted widely. Empirical (studies) reveal that the flexibility of each industry to economical cycle is different and the second industry is on the top. The aim of industry-structure theory is getting from single increase to continuable development aims, while its course from static-state theoretical deduction to dynamic empirical study.
