| 摘 要： | 文章以《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要》为依据,结合2010年度全国语言文字会议精神及我国目前语言文字应用状况,对＂十二五＂期间我国语言文字应用策略进行了较为系统的研究,提出了加快语言文字应用规范化、信息化建设与积极普及普通话相结合,提高全民汉语拼音能力、优化公民文本阅读与信息处理水平,着力建设适应小康社会需要的语文教育新体系等策略构想。

| Abstract: | According to National Medium and Long Term Educational Reform and Development Program,this paper combines the spirit of the language application meeting in 2010 in China with the current situation of language application,then makes a general research on the strategies of China＇s language application during ＂the twelfth five years＂,further puts forward strategies to construct the new system of Chinese education suiting the demands of society from the following aspects such as： speeding up the normalization of language application,combining information construction with popularizing standard mandarin,improving all the people＇s abilities of Chinese phonetic,optimizing the public＇s level of text reading and imformation processing. |
