基于企业联盟能力的虚拟团队绩效提升研究

摘    要:通过分析虚拟团队绩效提升的原理及模型,指出基于企业单边层次的联盟能力是虚拟团队整体及个体绩效提升的关键,并从动态能力的视角构造了企业联盟能力的结构与形成的理论框架。揭示出联盟能力提升企业参加的单个联盟绩效、所有联盟绩效及虚拟团队整体绩效的机理,最后给出培育和发展企业联盟能力的政策建议。

Abstract:In this paper,the main research is to look for the principle and models to improve the performance of virtual team.The key to improve the performance of virtual team is the alliance capability of firm-level.In the paper the prin- ciple to improve the performance of every finn and the alliance is discussed.A fundamental framework of alliance capa- bility is proposed and its intrinsic mechanism of promoting the performance of firm alliance is given.Finally,some poli- cy to develop alliance capability is suggested.
