京津冀生态福利绩效及时空演变研究

摘    要:运用熵权法-超效率SBM和空间相关分析,以京津冀13个地市为研究对象,测算2005—2017年区域生态福利绩效水平及空间相关性。研究发现,京津冀地区生态福利绩效水平大多数城市呈现波动上升,最后趋于平稳态势。京津冀地区生态福利绩效水平在空间上呈现一定的相关性。观察分析2006、2010、2017年莫兰散点图和LISA聚类变化图的变异,发现中心地市北京、保定、廊坊以及沧州主要形成高值聚集区;边缘地市邯郸、邢台、唐山和张家口组成低值聚集区,这就需要加强京津冀地市间经济生态福利协调发展。

Study on ecological welfare performance and spatio-temporal evolution of beijing-tianjin-hebei region
Abstract:The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei is a new opportunity for the economic development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei. However,with the rapid economic development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the tremendous pressure on the ecological environment has gradually shifted the focus of attention from economic welfare to ecological welfare. In this paper, using entropy weight method-super efficiency SBM and spatial measurement method, the 13 cities and municipalities of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei are taken as research objects,and the regional ecological welfare performance level and spatial correlation in 2005-2017 are measured. The study found that the performance level of ecological welfare in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region showed a volatility in most cities and finally stabilized. The performance level of ecological welfare in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has a certain correlation in space. Observing and analyzing the variation of Moran scatter plot and LISA clustering change map in 2006,2010, 2013 and 2017, it was found that the central cities of Beijing,Baoding,Langfang and Cangzhou mainly formed high-value clusters;The marginal market, Xingtai,Tangshan and Zhangjiakou form a low-value gathering area, which requires the coordinated development of economic and ecological welfare between Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.
