| 摘 要： | 虽然人工林在许多方面的功能不及天然林,但它对森林可持续经营的作用也是巨大的。今年3月下旬在新西兰惠灵顿召开的联合国森林论坛专家会议对此进行了充分的讨论。其结论很有启发意义。正确认识和充分发挥人工林的作用,对于加快我国林业发展,实现林业的历史性转变大有裨益。

| Abstract: | Although their functions in many aspects inferior to natural forests, the role of plantations in sustainable forest management is tremendous. This issue has been fully discussed in the second expert meeting of UNFF held in Wellington, New Zealand in March this year. The conclusion of the meeting is of much significance. True understanding and full developing the functions of plantations will bring great benefit for accelerating the development of and realizing the historical transitions of China's forestry. |
