数字图书馆在促进文化的传播与交流 ,为人们利用作品和信息提供便利的同时 ,也对受传播技术影响较大的知识产权领域形成了冲击 ,它与著作权法所维系的平衡格局产生了偏差。在数字图书馆建设中 ,我们不得不正视这一问题 ,而且要尽力化解这一偏差。

The Deviation Between the Construction of Digital Library and the Protection of Intellectual Property

The digital library promotes the transmission and communication of culture and provides the people with facilities for the utilization of writings and information, at the same time, it also brings some impact upon the field of intellectual property which is affected greatly by the technique of transmission and produces some deviation from the balance structure maintained by the copyright law. During the construction of the digital library, we have to envisage this problem and do our endeavor to eliminate this deviation.
