摘    要:为了提高染料敏化太阳能电池中光的吸收,在光阳极中掺入湿式研磨法得到的SiO2亚微米颗粒。分别对比掺入前后的散射光谱及染色后光谱吸收情况,实验证明,利用此方法制备的TiO2纳米晶体颗粒薄膜,光散射得到增强,经染色后光的吸收也得到了加强。同时,利用此阳极组装的太阳能电池,电流提高了15%。

Abstract:In order to improve the light absorption in dye -sensitized solar cells anode ,the SiO2 particles sub-micro are mixed with TiO2 nanocrystal anode ,which is obtained by wet grinding method .Experiments show that ,using TiO2 nanocrystal anode film prepared by this method ,light scattering is enhanced .After dyeing ,light absorption has also been strengthened .At the same time ,by using the anode assembly ,short current can be increased by 15% .
