教育以人为本之我见

"坚持以人为本",是党的十六届三中全会《决定》中提出的一个新的指导思想。这应该看成是自辛亥革命以来,特别是20世纪80年代以来,中国人顺应世界潮流发展的结果;当然也应该看成是改革开放后,我们社会发展进步的一个跨越性的标志。在我们的教育改革中,应当把这个跨越性的进步,放在我们行动的核心位置。

My View on Human-oriented in Education

＂Adhere to people--oriented＂ is a new guiding idea put forward by ＇Decision＇ of the Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee. The idea should have been regarded as an outcome of our Chinese people adapting ourselves to world development trends since Xinghai Revolution （in 1911） especially in 1980s. Of course, the idea also can be viewed as a transcendence symbol of social development and advancement after executing the reform and opening-- up policy in China. We should put the transcendence advancement on the core location of our actions in Chinese education and teaching reformation.
