2007年法国综合大学改革述评

A review of the reform of French comprehensive universities in 2007

With the promulgation of the Law on Liberties and Responsibilities of Universities in August 2007,a new reform has been launched for higher education in France.In view of the various issues facing comprehensive universities,the government has drawn up a series of measures aimed at promoting the autonomy of universities,and decided to provide substantial funding for higher education and scientific researches.From the fundamental transformation of the government's role,restructuring superior of universities,implementing equal educational rights and involvement principle,and carrying out internationalization of higher education,this ongoing reform reflects the development trends of French comprehensive universities,and is set to inject fresh vitality into the development of French higher education in the 21st century.
