Analysis of Social Management of Vulnerable Groups

The existence of vulnerable groups is objective, relat ive and dynamic. Their living situation is very adverse. This problem is a poten tial crisis to social security and stability. Every subject should work together to solve this problem. Developing the government's dominant function fully, dev eloping the third sector and bringing its supporting and organization-backing fu nction into play, changing inferior mind and enhancing the mutual effect between society and vulnerable groups are good measures to solve the problem.
