高中学业水平考试管理理念及管理者角色探新

摘    要:随着高中新课改的推行,高中学业水平考试的组织管理应产生与新课改理念相一致的改革与创新。学业水平考试和考试管理是考试主体的文化资本运作过程,是中学生社会化的场域与加速器;在考试管理中考生在考试组织管理中具有主客体统一性和能动性,考试控制只是手段而考试服务才是目的。考试管理者应从单一的监控者与裁判向协作、服务、执行和督导等多元角色转变。

Abstract:With the new curriculum reform in senior high school,the management of the achievement test must be adjusted accordingly.The adjustment is as follow: first,the test is more like students' Cultural Capital;secondly,the examinees are involved in both test and test management;lastly,the purpose of examination control is for better services.In the new examination system,the managers should become to coordinator,servant,executor and supervisor gradually.
