| Abstract: | The professional development of school principals has become a common topic in today's principal training as well as one of the problems that have to be solved in principal training and practice.The knowledge basis and its transference are the important prerequisites for promoting the professional development of school principals.It is hoped that the examination or discussion of the process of knowledge transference and its laws,in the professional development of school principals,can help improve the quality and efficiency of principal training. |
