中小学优质学校形成机制研究

摘    要:学校的办学理念、共同愿景、管理制度、办学行为、学校文化是优质学校形成的最基本的要素。以这些要素为基础,优质学校形成的基本机制为:明确而独特的办学理念是优质学校形成的导向机制;清晰而共享的学校愿景是优质学校形成的动力机制;完善而合理的管理制度是优质学校形成的保障机制;规范而务实的办学行为是优质学校形成的运行机制;追求卓越的学校文化是优质学校形成的引领机制。

The Formation Mechanism of High-quality Primary and Secondary Schools

Abstract:The most fundamental elements of the formation mechanism of high-quality primary and secondary schools include school philosophy,shared vision,management system,school-running behavior,and school culture. Based on these elements,the basic mechanisms to form high-quality schools are as follows:the definite and unique school philosophy is the guiding mechanism for the formation of high-quality schools;the clear and shared school vision is the dynamic mechanism for the formation of high-quality schools;the perfect and rational management system is the safeguard mechanism for the formation of high-quality schools;the normative and pragmatic school-running behavior is the operating mechanism for the formation of quality schools;the pursuit for excellent school culture is the leading mechanism for the formation of high-quality schools.
