摘    要:教学档案是在教学活动中直接形成的,具有保存价值的文字、图表和声象等各种形式的历史记录,是由它们的内容和价值决定的,而这些又是教学活动本身的特点、规律所规定的.它全面反映了学校最基本的职能活动,同时也是从一个侧面反映了教育事业的发展情况.教学档案的前期处理工作要遵循统一的规划和总体目标,要严格遵守规范化、标准化的原则.

Abstract:Teuching files are historical words in the forms of words,graphs,acoustical images. Whether they are worth preserving or not depends on their contents and value, which are specified by the characteristic and regulation of the teaching action. Teaching files reflect the foundamental function and action of a school all-sidedly, at the same time they reflect the development of the cause of education in an aspect.The former treatment of teaching files should observe unified planning and total target,as well as normalized and standard principle.
