摘    要:消费文化的思潮已渗透我国社会的每一个角落,它对教师职业信念的冲击日益凸显,教师对职业信念的坚守与动摇关乎我国教育改革的大局。在消费文化的背景下,教师心理冲突剧烈,主要表现为神经性焦虑和道德性焦虑。要使教师坚守职业信念,使我国教育健康发展,需要国家、社会和教师本人的共同努力。

Abstract:The ideological trend of consume culture has permeated into everybody's mind and it also takes effect on teacher's professional faith. Even more, the teachers'faith to cultural and educational undertakings is of vital importance to the education reforms of our nation. Affected by the ideological trend, teachers often face ideological conflicts which at last lead to Neurosis Anxiety and Moral Anxiety. All the nation including myself and all the social organizations should take great effort altogether to make teachers stick to professional faith and then make our nation's education develop healthily.
