北约与欧盟:全球化嬗变下的美欧分歧

北约与欧盟之间的关系实质上体现了美欧之间的关系。在冷战时期,互为盟友的这两大组织共同构筑了西欧政治和安全的格局。冷战结束后,北约与欧盟的扩张将经济、政治和军事影响力扩展到了全球区域。但由于各自倚重的利益与目标不同,美欧之间在诸多问题上都出现了分歧,其实质反映了谋求单极世界霸权与多极世界的两种不同价值观的取向。尽管此分歧会以欧洲的妥协而暂时弥合,但美欧分歧表明,试图以美国化取代全球化的策略取向只能是乌托邦式的幻想。

NATO and EU: The differences under the changing globalization

The relation between NATO and EU reveals the relationship between U.S.A and Europe essentially.During the period of the Cold War,U.S.A and Europe became the ally with each other and through the two groups they built the political and security structure in west Europe together.After the Cold War,NATO and EU expanded their economic,political and martial force to all over the world.However,because of the differences between U.S.A and Europe in interest and goal,they had differences in many aspects,which actually reflect two different value tropisms.Though the differences between U.S.A and Europe will be closed temporarily by the compromise of Europe,the differences reveal that Americanization replacing globalization is only a Utopia fantasy.
