| 摘 要： | 我国民办高等教育作为教育体制改革实践的产物,历经二十余年的发展,数量、规模、办学特色发展迅速,民办高等教育在高等教育的发展进程中发挥了很大的作用,正在为越来越多的人所认同。但民办高等教育从起步时就面临着许多难以解决的问题,其中就业问题是这些问题中的首要难题。文章将通过对影响民办高校就业因素的分析,进而提出对策及建议。

| Abstract: | Private institutions,as a product of educational system reform,play an important role in Chinese higher education,with over 20 years of development in number,scale,and features.Among all the problems in private higher education,employment of their graduates is the toughest.With the analysis on the negative factors for employment,solutions and suggestions are proposed in this paper. |
