| 摘 要： | 21世纪是一个崭新的世纪,图书馆行业如何适应新形势迎接机遇和挑战,显得十分的关键和重要。结合本地区部门实际,从新形势条件下图书馆的服务内容、服务方式、以及今后服务手段的再更新等诸多方面,加强图书馆网建设,对县市级图书馆管理工作有一定的参考和借鉴作用。
