| 摘 要： | 新疆特殊的区情,决定了民族团结教育在意识形态工作中具有重要作用。以往新疆高校开展的民族团结教育侧重点主要放在广大学生中,但不容忽视的是教师作为民族团结教育的中坚力量,有着为人师表,教书育人,传道解惑的重要责任。只有教师认识到了民族团结的重要性,才能更好地教育学生、帮助学生树立坚定的信念。对高校教师在民族团结教育工作中的作用进行探析,以期更好地实现高校的育人功能。

| Abstract: | Xinjiang special regional situation and social conditions play an important role in the ideological work of national unity education. The previously conducted national unity education in colleges and universities of Xinjiang focuses mainly on the broad masses of students, but the role of college teachers should also not be ignored, considering that they, as the backbone of national unity education, have important responsibilities of being a model of virtue, teaching and preaching. Only if college teachers realize the importance of national unity, can they better educate students and help them set up firm faith. |
