摘    要:在日益发展的信息技术浪潮下,iSchool的兴起及其所代表的新型图情教育联盟模式成为全球图情教育的有益尝试,信息、技术与人构成了其教育理念的三大要素。文章首先以iSchool课程设置为依据,剖析了其信息、技术、人三要素的真实指向,并在国内外教学课程对比的基础上,将研究视角锁定在"人"这一核心要素上,认为iSchool教育中对"用户关照"的重视恰恰是中外图情教育的差距。进而,从用户与受教者(馆员)两个方面对iSchool理念中"人"这一核心要素进行解读,强调承继iSchool"用户关照"理念的同时,我们还应在图情教育中加强对受教者(馆员)自然人、职业人、社会人等全方位"人"的培养。

Abstract:With the development of information tech no logy,iSchool and the new library science education alliance mode presented by i t have become a beneficial attempt of global library science education.Informa tion,technology and person consist of the three factors of its education concep t.First of all,based on the curriculum of iSchool,the article analyzes the r eal meaning of information,technology,and person,contrasts the differences be tween domestic and international curriculums,and argues that person is the core for the education and "user care" is just the difference between China and fo reign countries.And then,after interpreting the person in iSchool concept fro m the aspects of user and instructor,the authors emphasize that not only should we inherit the concept of "user care",but also pay much attention to the tra ining of all persons,including natural person,professional person,and society person.
