| 摘 要： | 职业介绍信息管理系统是职业介绍管理信息化的工具。在职业介绍信息管理系统设计中,为满足不同用户的需要,应充分考虑到用人单位与求职者进行相互选择和上级主管部门对职业介绍工作管理以及重要信息提取和特殊需要的查询;为了适应社会发展,还要跟踪政策变化,提高信息管理系统的使用质量。

| Abstract: | Placement information management system is a tool for the informationization of placement management .When desig-ning the placement information management system to meet the different needs of users , we should take full consideration of the em-ployers and the job seekers who choose each other , as well as management work of higher authorities on placement .Special needs of important information extraction and queries should also be taken into consideration .In order to adapt to social development , we have to track policy changes to improve the quality of the usage of information management system . |
