| 摘 要： | 行动导向的教学方法有利于实现能力本位的高职人才培养目标,我院在市场营销专业口才训练课程教学改革中以行动导向教学理念为指导,进行了教学目标、课程内容、教学组织过程、教学方法与考核方法的系统设计与实施,取得了较好的教学效果。

| Abstract: | Action oriented teaching method is conducive to achieve competency-based training objective of higher vocational colle-ges.Eloquence training course of marketing specialty in Hubei Industrial Polytechnic introduces action oriented method in its teach -ing and takes some reform on teaching objective , curriculum content , teaching organization , teaching methods and assessment meth-ods, which has achieved a good teaching result . |
