| 摘 要： | 本文从冲压模具的受力特点分析出发,说明了模具在冲压过程中所产生的磨损、崩刃、塑性变形、开裂、附着等失效特点,总结了在模具设计、模具制造、冲压生产过程中影响模具寿命的因素,提出如何采用经济的工艺手段,节约冲压成本的方法。

| Abstract: | This paper analysizes mechanical characteristics of stamping die , summarizes various kinds of failure characteristics of mould parts in the process of mold stamping including wear and tear , collapse edge , plastic deformation , cracking and adhesion , sums up the factors of affecting the life of die stamping in the process of mold designing , manufacturing and the process of the stamp producting;then puts forward how to save the cost of stamping by using economical technological means . |
