摘    要:本文分析了中高职衔接教育的现状问题,以模具设计与制造专业为例,通过学校、行业、企业的市场调研,明确了专业的定位与人才培养规格,开发了工作过程系统化的专业中高职衔接人才培养方案。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the current situation of education in secondary-higher vocational cohesion with mold design and manufacturing specialty as an example , the paper cleared the training orientation and professional personnel through school , indus-try, enterprise and market research , and designed a working-process training scheme specialized in secondary-higher vocational co-hesion.
