| 摘 要： | 特定的社会环境和文化氛围造就了西塞罗和他的自然法哲学思想．其自然法哲学思想立足于自然,从自然法与理性、正义、实在法、万民法的关系出发,确立了两个平等的原则．为罗马法律的发展,后世法哲学思想的繁荣起到了非常重要的作用．

| Abstract: | The particular social milieu and the cultural atmosphere educated Cicero's thought with his natural legal philosophy. Its natural legal philosophy thought which has a foothold in the nature,establishes two equal principles between the natural legal and the reasonableness,and also justice,positive law and the civillaws.It is important to develope the law in Rome,and to the prosperity of the future legal philosophy thought. |
