摘    要:随着我国高等教育改革的不断深入,地方高校正面临着前所未有的机遇与挑战,人才竞争日趋激烈,教师流失现象呈严重态势,必须采取积极措施稳定教师队伍。从影响地方高校教师队伍稳定的主要因素,稳定教师队伍必须转变管理方式,地方高校实行软管理硬服务的主要途径三个方面,对软管理与硬服务是稳定地方高校教师队伍的必由之路观点进行论证。

Abstract:With in-depth reform of high education in China, local colleges and universities are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges, such as increasingly fierce competition of talents and serious loss of teaching resources. Therefore, it's neeessary to take positive measures to stablize the teaching faculty. In this paper, the point are demostrated in the following three aspects: main factors af- fecting teaching faculty, transform of admistration and major routes carrying out flexible management and exeeUence service.
