物联网环境下物流配送一贯化作业管理模式新探

物联网作为一种新兴技术,对物流配送有重要影响。针对物流配送作业中存在订单处理不规范、货物盘点效率低、仓库装卸搬运人力需求高、配送线路不合理、实时跟踪货物配送情况能力差等问题,构建基于物联网环境下物流配送一贯化作业管理模式,实现从订单处理、配货理货、搬运装卸、储存、运输送货、送达服务等连贯化的智能配送作业过程,加快货物在物流过程中的流通速度,减少人工操作失误,对提高物流配送效率和降低物流成本具有重要意义。

A Probe into Management Modes for Logistics Distribution Consistent Operations in the Circumstance of the Internet of Things

The internet of things is a newly-developed technology, which significantly influences logistics distribution. In light of the problems in logistics distribution operation such as nonstandard order processing, inefficient goods inventory, high manpower demand for loading and unloading operation, irrational distribution lines and poor capacity of real-time tracking of goods distribution, etc., the article develops management modes for logistics distribution consistent operations in the circumstance of the internet of things, and realize coherent intelligent distribution operation process： order processing → distribution and tally →loading and unloading →goods storing →delivery and transportation → delivery services in an effort to improve logistics distribution efficiency and cut down logistics costs.
