| 摘 要： | 只有顺应WTO的原则要求,把握好农村市场的开发度,充分利用WTO的例外政策,建造农村市场的"安全阀",借鉴WTO的经验,拟写好农村市场的"小协定",追踪WTO的实际进程,安装好农村市场的"多能器",才能成功实施对接,从而促使国内市场与国际市场的融合.

| Abstract: | In order to Join Chinese rural markets with WTO to promote the harmonious unity of domestic markets with international markets, the WTO principles and requirements must be followed to have a good control over the development of rural markets; WTO foreign policies should be made full use of to bring "safety valve" to the rural markets; the experience of WTO must be used for reference to make the "minor agreements" about rural markets; and the development process must be traced to make rural markets multi-functional. |
