| Abstract: | ??This paper first dwells on the distinction between "document resource dc}elvptnent"and"collection construction".The relationship between the two concepts is then analysed as follows.The collection construction is the fvuridation of the document resource development whereas the document resource development contizrues to irryprvve the collection.At present??the two concepts can be used simultaneously.But in the future??the document resource development is sure to replace the collection conatruct }o}. |
