| 摘 要： | 当前农民文化需求热情高涨，并呈现多样化特点，但农村文化建设中存在着重视不够、投入不足、阵地萎缩、缺乏人才、意识落后、需求转向、引导乏力等问题，应通过端正政绩观、强化政府作为、壮大基层文化队伍、创新服务载体、培育农村文化市场、扩大宣传渠道等方式促进农村文化发展，满足农民文化需求。
