Research on Issues of Administrative Law of China in 2008 Olympic Games

The 2008 Olympic Games will be held in Beijing, the capital of the People's Republic of China. There must be difficulties and challenges in the process of the preparation of nearly 7 years. It is of much importance to overcome the difficulties and to solve the problems from various aspects, especially to adjust the difficulties of the administrative and legal system from the practicality. Through the explanation and analysis of the basic theory of the administrative law simple suggestions were made on how to deal with the problems of the administrative law, possibly occurring in the process of the preparation and conduction of the 2008 Olympic Games, hoping to benefit the operation of the functional departments as well as to promote the development and improvement of the Chinese legal administration at the same time with the conduction of the international pageant attracting world wide attention.
